1 Activities
Maexinvent advises companies’ Senior Executives on issues with a high strategic or operational importance throughout the value chain. Our mission is to help leaders to build their future growth, to sustainably improve their companies’ performance and to support them in strategic decision making.
In particular, we developed a strong expertise in the Aerospace, general Industries and Luxury sectors.
Maexinvent is led by partners that worked for the biggest strategy consulting firms and are driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Our teams operate in France and internationally (70% of our projects).
We maintain a strong team spirit that encourage trust, proactivity and personal development.
2 Mission description
Fully integrated into our teams, the Consultant will be asked to actively work for one of our current missions. He will be in charge of analytical work as well as the implementation of recommendations under the guidance of a project leader. He will also work closely with the customer’s teams.

3 Candidate profile
Maexinvent is looking for motivated, creative and reliable candidates with strong analytical capabilities, rigor and adaptation skills. The perfect candidate will also show excellent relational skills.
Being fluent in both French and English is essential. A third language would be a plus.
4 Recruitment
After a first selection upon application (Resume + motivation letter), candidates will be evaluated during several interviews in our Paris office. These interviews can include case studies.
The evaluation will be based on skills, motivation, and the match between your profile and the project and culture of the firm.

The role of the Manager is to conduct and to deliver projects within the original agreement with the clients, to develop consultants skills and to contribute to the overall firm growth.
He will be in charge of the following activities:
- > Project management

- > Participation to the formulation of business proposals
- > Support business development associated with current missions
- > Contribution to the recruitment of consultants

The candidate must be strongly motivated for the development of a young structure and must provide proof of an experience of :
- > Either 4 to 7 years in a consulting firm (strategy, senior management consulting, operational excellence,…)
- > Or 5 to 10 years in a position with a strong involvement in high level internal decision process. He would have a specific expertise on performance improvement in a particular field (Supply Chain, production, commercial effectiveness, marketing,…)
