Maexinvent is an international firm which operates mainly on long-term missions in Europe. Numerous business trips are expected, and you will have to keep up! It is a pace to get used to, but you are not alone and we can count on each other to live a unique journey together. With some ups and downs, adrenaline and (sometimes) calmer times… Long story short, consulting routine! To take a break, we often organise after work activities depending upon everyone’s wishes : good restaurants, cultural visits, fitness session, bars etc.

Spread out in missions from Monday to Thursday, the firm reunites on Fridays in the Paris office. It is the time when we exchange with the other consultants and when we can take a break after the pace of the week while stepping back and reflect upon our work.

Presentations are organised under the initiatives of the consultants wishing to share an experience or a specific savoir-faire. It is also possible to set-up individual or team trainings (language, public speaking etc.) to develop everyone’s skills.

Many events are organised every year and they set the pace of consultants’ work life, especially the annual seminar of consultants that always takes place in an original location: fishing, wake-board, spa and Kouign-amann was the schedule of the last seminar in Saint-Malo.
